Order Processing<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1000\">Orders are processed after <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"844\">effective confirmation of payment<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"848\">The average preparation time is <strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"901\">1 to 2 working days<\/strong>, except for exceptional situations such as stock outages, promotional periods, holidays or force majeure.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1005\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1029\">2. Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1726\">Shipping Costs:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1898\">\n<li data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1771\">\n<p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1771\">Are calculated automatically at checkout<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1823\">\n<p data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1823\">They depend on the weight, volume and destination of the order<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1898\">\n<p data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1898\">They are always presented to the customer <strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1898\">before payment confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1988\">Promotional campaigns with <strong data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"1947\">free shipments<\/strong> will be properly identified on the website.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"1993\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2018\">5. Failed Deliveries<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2167\">If delivery is not possible for reasons attributable to the customer (absence at the location, incorrect address, non-pick-up), the carrier may:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2241\">\n<li data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2192\">\n<p data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2192\">Retry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2241\">\n<p data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2241\">Forward the order to a collection point<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2345\">If the order is returned to the company, the <strong data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2344\">reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2350\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2377\">6. Right of Free Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3024\" data-end=\"3198\">Under the terms of the law, the consumer has <strong data-start=\"3066\" data-end=\"3086\">14 consecutive days<\/strong> to withdraw from the contract, without the need to give any reason, from the date of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3200\" data-end=\"3203\">\n<h2 data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3246\">9. Return Procedure<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3751\" data-end=\"3876\">The customer must communicate in advance the intention to return by email to:<br data-start=\"3834\" data-end=\"3837\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udce7\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f4e7.svg\"><strong data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3876\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3842\" data-end=\"3874\">portoinabottle@portoinabottle.pt<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"3888\">Indicating:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3889\" data-end=\"3973\">\n<li data-start=\"3889\" data-end=\"3910\">\n<p data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"3910\">Order number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3911\" data-end=\"3926\">\n<p data-start=\"3913\" data-end=\"3926\">Full name<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3927\" data-end=\"3950\">\n<p data-start=\"3929\" data-end=\"3950\">Product(s) to be returned<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3951\" data-end=\"3973\">\n<p data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"3973\">Reason (optional)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3975\" data-end=\"4050\">The return should only be made <strong data-start=\"4010\" data-end=\"4038\">after written authorization<\/strong> from the company.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4052\" data-end=\"4055\">\n<h2 data-start=\"4057\" data-end=\"4083\">12. Return Costs<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4283\">\n<li data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4169\">\n<p data-start=\"4086\" data-end=\"4169\">In case of <strong data-start=\"4097\" data-end=\"4115\">regret<\/strong>, the return costs are borne by the customer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4170\" data-end=\"4283\">\n<p data-start=\"4172\" data-end=\"4283\">In case of <strong data-start=\"4183\" data-end=\"4234\">defective, damaged product or shipping error<\/strong>, the costs are borne by Porto in a Bottle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4285\" data-end=\"4288\">\n<h2 data-start=\"4290\" data-end=\"4307\">13. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4308\" data-end=\"4359\">Upon receipt and verification of the returned products:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4500\">\n<li data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4418\">\n<p data-start=\"4362\" data-end=\"4418\">The refund will be made within a maximum of <strong data-start=\"4407\" data-end=\"4418\">14 days<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4419\" data-end=\"4500\">\n<p data-start=\"4421\" data-end=\"4500\">By the <strong data-start=\"4426\" data-end=\"4463\">same means of payment used<\/strong> for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4502\" data-end=\"4505\">\n<h2 data-start=\"4507\" data-end=\"4520\">14. After validation, replacement or refund will be made at no additional cost to the customer. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4986\" data-end=\"4989\">\n<h2 data-start=\"4991\" data-end=\"5018\">16.
